COVID Resources


The Board has been talking about multiple aspects of how the organization will be impacted if the season is cancelled, and one area pertains to dues refunds.  Per the Policy Manual, registration fees are non-refundable - this is the $50 for Mites and Mini-Mites and the $100 for travel that is charged at the time of season registration (increased to $300 for travel on September 1). Since USA Hockey, WAHA and SPYHA are operating under the assumption the season will happen, few specific decisions have been made about dues refunds.  The Board voted to allow prorated refunds of dues in the event of season cancellation, but further discussions about refunds will likely occur if the season does experience an impact.
