About Sun Prairie Hockey Tournaments
We would like to thank you for considering one of our youth hockey tournaments. We hope you choose to participate in one of our tournaments – now our 44th year of hosting such events and our twelth year in our two-sheet state-of-the-art arena!
PLEASE contact the tournament director (tournaments@spyha.com) PRIOR to registration to ensure you are registering for the correct level tournament.
CANCELLATIONS
Tournament refunds will only be given with a minimum 30 day notice of withdrawal sent to the Tournament Director(s) and only if the vacated spot can be filled. In the event appropriate notice is provided and a substitute team has registered, the SportsEngine processing fee and a $50 service charge will not be refunded. Withdrawals within 30 days of the tournament are not eligible for a refund.
TOURNAMENT TEAM GUIDELINES
- A Level Tournaments - 1A/2A Teams, stronger 3A Teams
- B Level Tournaments - 1B/2B Teams, Weaker 3A/4A Teams
- C Level Tournaments - 1C/2C Teams, 3B/4B Teams
The Gobbler Games are for Mini-Mites (cross-ice) and Mites (half-ice) around the Thanksgiving holiday. Check back for specific dates and registration info.
SUN PRAIRIE GROUNDHOG GAMES (formerly Winter Classic)
The Sun Prairie Groundhog Games is a series of tournaments for Squirts, PeeWees, and Bantams in November & December 2024 and January 2025. Check back for specific dates and registration info. Final brackets will be released 10-14 days before the respective tournament weekend.

Tournament Rules
- No gate fee
- Minimum 3 games
- Registration online
- Teams must register for their WAHA classification, or they chose to play up, but not down. Out-of-state teams should contact the tournament director (tournaments@spyha.com) for appropriate determination.
- Reserve a place for your team with payment.
